We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was great - it was modern, clean, and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The interior design of the room was also a plus, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, being near great pastry shops and the city main square. the hotel staff were friendly and provided us with helpful tips for dining and exploring the city.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Some guests have faced trouble accessing the guesthouse due to a complicated lift system that requires a code.

This guesthouse offers a beautifully decorated and comfortable room in the heart of Vila Real. The host was helpful and provided access codes upon arrival. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and the river. The room itself is spacious, quiet, and has a great mattress.

Spent Easter in this cozy guest house and was blown away by how modern and clean everything was. The location was spot on, right in the heart of the town center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The mattress was so comfortable, we felt right at home. , being on the top floor made it surprisingly quiet at night.
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. It took some time to get the access codes to our room and we even ended up being directed to the wrong room at first.

Great room & location Spent xmas here and the room was amazing! Sparkling clean, comfy, and spacious! the location was also perfect , close to amazing pastry shops and the main square. We were also impressed with the interior design of the room which made the holiday stay extra special.
Difficult check, in & accessibility Unfortunately, the check, in process was a letdown. We didn't receive any info on how to check in until we had to ask repeatedly.
